Pricing and Deployment Options
When we implement a new customer, we tell them to think “3, 2, 1.” Consona enables you to mix and match to best meet your needs.
3 SOFTWARE LICENSING OPTIONS: Consona offers three software licensing pricing options, including perpetual, subscription, and consumption. Perpetual licensing lets you pay for everything up front, subscription allows you to rent it monthly, and consumption based pricing lets you pay based on usage and/or value that you receive. To put it another way, you can pay for your software much like you pay for your electric bill. You only pay for what you use—which can even further reduce your monthly expenses. For example, you might pay for our Consona Chat product based on the number of chats your agents open per day.
2 DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS: Consona offers two deployment options: on-premise and cloud based. Consona’s CRM software solutions have traditionally been offered on premise, and there are many reasons companies might still choose this deployment model, whether it be based on the need for LAN-based, system-to-system integration, or simply data security or compliance objectives. The good news is, Consona will support whatever deployment option you require, and we offer a variety of software licensing pricing to match. With a cloud-based deployment, you can adopt a consumption based payment model, where you can pay as you use computing (server, bandwidth, data storage) resources. Alternatively, we also offer short term contracts that set a repeatable price point, similar to a subscription.
