Productivity Enhancements for Consona Customer Management (formerly Onyx)

  • Client Snapshot is designed to provide a concise overview of a customer or prospect with related data, including notes from all service, sales and support activities. Put it in the hands of executives, project managers, consultants… anyone who needs a holistic view of a company or individual in your system.
  • Grid Edit Menu (GEM) utilizes a new context-sensitive hover menu accessible from the Task Manager and the Customer PowerPage Incident tabs. The hover menu provides rapid access to view and edit key incident information directly in the Grid, without having to open the Incident Edit form.
  • Document Merge gives you the ability to easily create templates containing merge fields from your database. You can then generate documents that automatically merge this data into your output, saving time and money.
  • Homepage Plus gives you an instant graphical dashboard of incident and task filters using icons to represent the category and status of sales, service and support incidents. On mouse-over, detailed information about the incident is displayed in a pop-up box; the user no longer needs to open the incident to get relevant details.
  • Contact Type Plus makes adding and updating contact relationships easier by reducing the number of clicks when a status change is required, or when you need to designate a contact with multiple roles.
  • Drag and Drop Attachments allows users to add multiple attachments in a single transaction, simplifying tasks to save time and effort.
